Hill Country Answers is a service of Estrada Legacy LLC, Austin, Texas ("we"). By using this website or our services you agree to these terms.
We set up and manage an AI receptionist and missed-call text-back for local businesses. The details, price, and term for each client are in their service agreement.
Calls are answered by an AI assistant. Callers are told this at the start of each call, and calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service.
If you call a business that uses our service and the call is missed, you may get one text from that business about your call. If you opt in on our site, we may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Monthly fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable, except as stated below. Fees for partial months aren't refunded when you cancel. Founding clients (our first 5 bundle clients) can cancel within 30 days of their start date for a full refund of the fees they paid. That guarantee covers our fees only, not carrier, phone number or texting registration fees we already paid on their behalf. Each client's service agreement controls if it says something different.
AI can make mistakes and phone and text networks can fail. We provide the service "as is" and don't guarantee that every call will be answered, understood, or handled correctly. It isn't an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages, including from missed, dropped, or mishandled calls or texts. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.
Texas law governs these terms, with venue in Travis County, Texas.
