This policy covers Hill Country Answers, a service of Estrada Legacy LLC, Austin, Texas.

What we collect

• From our website form: your name, business, email, phone (optional), and message.
• For our clients' callers: phone number, call recordings, transcripts, call summaries, and any appointment details the caller gives.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the service: answering calls, booking appointments, sending missed-call texts, and giving call summaries to the business the caller contacted.

Sharing

We share caller information only with the business the caller contacted and with service providers that run the phone, texting, and AI systems for us. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Health information

We don't collect health or medical information. Assistants for medical or wellness clients handle booking and general questions only.

Retention

Recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 90 days unless a client asks for a different period, then deleted.
